Starbuks88 Terms and Conditions of Use
This document constitutes a legally binding agreement between you (the Member) and Starbuks88 (the Platform). By accessing, registering, or using any Starbuks88 service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms stated herein.
1Account Registration & Member Eligibility
To register a starbuks88 account, you must meet the following eligibility requirements. Failure to meet any of these requirements may result in your account being suspended or terminated without notice.
- You must be at least 18 years old at the time of registration. starbuks88 enforces strict age verification and reserves the right to request documentary proof at any time.
- Each individual is only permitted to register one (1) account only. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being terminated and balances forfeited.
- You must provide truthful, accurate, and up-to-date information during registration. False or misleading information constitutes a serious violation of these Terms.
- Registering using another person's name, another person's identification number, or false information is strictly prohibited.
- Starbuks88 reserves the right to decline any registration application from any individual without the need to provide a reason.
- KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is required before your first withdrawal is processed. Documents that may be required include your ID card, proof of address, and proof of payment method.
The KYC process protects your account from unauthorized use by others. It is standard procedure across the financial and iGaming industries.
2Deposits, Payments & Withdrawals
Starbuks88 supports a wide range of popular deposit and withdrawal methods in Malaysia, including DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, bank transfer, and cryptocurrency. All transactions are processed in MYR unless otherwise stated.
- The minimum deposit is MYR 10 for most payment methods. Some methods have different minimum deposit amounts — check the Deposit page for the latest information.
- All deposits must be made using a bank account or e-wallet registered in the member's own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited and may result in funds being returned or the account being suspended.
- The minimum withdrawal is MYR 50. Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to accounts that have been verified through the KYC process.
- Starbuks88 does not charge any processing fees for deposits or withdrawals. Any fees imposed by payment providers are the member's own responsibility.
- Withdrawal processing times are typically between 15 minutes and 2 hours for fully verified accounts.
- Starbuks88 reserves the right to delay or reject withdrawal requests if there are active bonus conditions that have not been met, outstanding wagering requirements, or if suspicious activity is detected on the account.
- All financial transactions are protected by 256-bit SSL encryption. starbuks88 does not store payment card details directly in our systems.
3Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements
Starbuks88 offers a range of promotions from time to time, including deposit bonuses, cashback, free spins, and more. All promotions are subject to specific terms stated on their respective promotion pages, in addition to the following general conditions.
- Bonuses received must be wagered in accordance with the specified wagering requirements before withdrawals are permitted. Wagering requirements vary by promotion type.
- Each promotion has a specific validity period. Unused bonuses or unfulfilled wagering requirements within that period will expire automatically.
- Some promotions may only be claimed once per member. Attempting to claim the same promotion multiple times through different accounts is a violation of these Terms.
- Starbuks88 reserves the right to cancel or withdraw any bonus if there is evidence of abuse, fraud, or a breach of these Terms.

4Game Rules & Member Conduct
All starbuks88 members are required to conduct themselves in a respectful and responsible manner while using the platform. The following rules apply to all users.
- The use of software, bots, automated scripts, or any unauthorized method to influence game outcomes or gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.
- Player collusion to manipulate game outcomes is a serious violation and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds.
- Bonus abuse — including opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly — is prohibited and may result in closure of all associated accounts.
- Members agree not to use the Starbuks88 platform for any illegal activities, including money laundering or financing unlawful activities.
- Starbuks88 uses an independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG) to ensure the fairness of all games. Members agree that game outcomes are final and not subject to dispute.
- Any attempt to exploit technical glitches or bugs in games must be reported to customer support. Wins obtained through bug exploitation are void and may be reversed.
5Security & Account Protection
Account security is a shared responsibility between members and Starbuks88. Our platform provides multiple layers of security, but members must also take the following steps to protect their own accounts.
- You are fully responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. Do not share this information with anyone.
- Members are recommended to enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for an additional layer of protection against unauthorized access.
- If you suspect your account has been compromised or accessed without authorization, please contact starbuks88 support immediately.
- Starbuks88 will never ask for your password or other sensitive information via email, live chat, or any other channel. Be vigilant against phishing attempts.
- Accounts showing signs of unauthorized access or suspicious activity will be temporarily suspended pending investigation to protect member funds.
- Starbuks88 employs end-to-end data encryption and undergoes regular security audits by independent third parties.
6Account Closure & Suspension
Starbuks88 reserves the right to suspend or close a member's account under certain circumstances. Equally, members have the right to close their own account at any time.
- Starbuks88 reserves the right to suspend or close an account if a member violates any provision of these Terms, engages in fraud, or causes harm to the platform or other members.
- In the event of account closure due to a Terms violation, all balances including bonuses and pending withdrawals of winnings may be forfeited.
- Members who wish to close their own account may do so through account settings or by contacting customer support. Valid balances will be returned once all conditions are met.
- Voluntary account closure may also be requested as part of the responsible gaming program. Starbuks88 fully respects this decision.
In cases of fraud or abuse, Starbuks88 reserves the right to report such activities to the relevant authorities in accordance with applicable laws.
7Platform Liability Limits
Starbuks88 strives to keep the platform running consistently; however, there are liability limitations that all members should be aware of.
- Starbuks88 is not liable for any losses incurred as a result of service interruptions, temporary technical issues, or extraordinary events beyond our control.
- The platform is not responsible for any financial decisions made by members based on their gaming activity. All gaming decisions are entirely the member's own responsibility.
- Starbuks88 does not guarantee that the platform will be error-free or uninterrupted at all times. However, we are committed to restoring service as quickly as possible.
- In the event of a technical disruption affecting game outcomes, Starbuks88 reserves the right to void the affected rounds and return the original bets to members.
8Terms and Conditions Amendment
Starbuks88 reserves the right to update, amend, or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. The following explains how we manage such amendments.
- Members will be notified of any material changes to these Terms via in-platform notification or email at least 7 days before the changes take effect.
- Continued use of the Starbuks88 platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.
